Advantages with pvc panel

Customer orientation constitutes the starting point in the conception and development of all company activities and, first of all, the certainty that the customer’s needs are identified, satisfied and overcome, in order to increase their satisfaction .

The quality policy, approved at the highest level of the company, establishes its intentions and general guidelines regarding quality with the main objective of continuous improvement of the company’s performance, taking into account the needs of all stakeholders . The operational and specific objectives for quality, based on the corporate quality policy, are established for the competent levels and functions and are usually measurable and aim primarily at satisfying customer needs. To achieve the quality level established contractually with the customer, all the personnel of the company and its collaborators are mobilised, trained and responsible. The responsibility of the company management regarding quality is precisely defined and detailed in the Quality Manual and in the job duties.

By consistently applying the eight principles of quality management, the Company Administrator plans the activities, coordinates and constantly trains his staff in order to obtain a high positioning on the market for the services offered to customers and, implicitly, high general efficiency.

The election of top management to introduce the Quality Management System (SMC), according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, demonstrates the will to define rules and methodologies for:

Manage the successes obtained, directing the organization’s objectives towards satisfying the needs of customers, expressly and/or implicitly expressed.
Identify and establish the responsibilities and authorities of functions in the organizational structure.
Ensure the flow of communication/information between the various levels and functions.
Obtain optimal results for the benefit of all stakeholders (customer and internal staff satisfaction, as well as environmental protection).
Achieve the progress of the organization.
